As part of our continuous growth, we are seeking a skilled Process Manager to join our dynamic Asset Department. This pivotal role involves steering operational processes, acting as the process owner responsible for identifying areas of improvement, creating and validating process enhancements, and overseeing their seamless implementation.



Process Leadership

  • Lead and optimize global Procurement and Asset/Fleet processes as the Process Owner.

  • Ensure the quality of asset-related master data and operational data in relevant systems.

  • Initiate and manage projects aimed at enhancing operational excellence.


Collaboration & stakeholder management

  • Collaborate closely with entities and the SAP transformation team to identify potential improvements in the asset processes.

  • Support entities in transitioning from the current ERP system to SAP.

  • Monitor the ongoing development of the ERP system and its mobile application for continuous improvement.

  • Provide support to local entities as needed.

  • Manage day-to-day activities, motivate the stakeholders to achieve organizational and personal goals.

  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to ensure objectives are met and work quality is maintained.

  • Create an environment where employees are encouraged to share information for collective workforce improvement.

  • Demonstrate active safety leadership by driving the safety culture and implementing initiatives to improve TCR's safety performance and OHS management system.

  • Ensure training of team members to maximize their potential and transfer 'tacit knowledge.'

  • Contribute to company growth by building a successful and high-performing team.



  • Analytical thinker, with a proven track record in handling a large quantity of input and translating them into process improvements.

  • Excels in cross-functional collaboration, leveraging interpersonal skills to drive alignment and unity across key teams. Holds a higher education degree (or equivalent by experience).

  • Experience in supply chain management is a plus.

  • Experience in project management.

  • Good communications skills; Fluent in English; French is a plus

  • Hands-on approach: Ensure execution aligns with theoretical concepts.

  • Good computer skills: Proficient in MS Office; SAP proficiency is a plus.
