Join Our Dynamic Team as a Service Advisor at TCR Group 

We have an opportunity at our Sydney Airport Workshop for a self-motivated individual with strong data entry skills to provide timely admin support to our operations team ensuring workflow and outcomes.

TCR Group, a global leader in Ground Support Equipment (GSE), is seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our team as an Operations Support Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • GSE Operations Support  - Service Advisor:

    • Administration: Manage central mail inbox, ensuring accurate work order administration.

    • Maintenance Planning/Scheduling: Plan and schedule preventative maintenance work orders with precision.

    • Customer Coordination: Schedule and coordinate works with customers, maintaining a well-organized work scheduling calendar.

    • Equipment Availability: Ensure equipment availability by calling customers and creating work orders from post-inspection defect sheets.

    • Customer Service: Follow up on quotes, purchase orders, and approvals, providing excellent customer service.

    • Reporting: Generate and send daily reports to customers.

  • Additional Responsibilities:

    • Fleet Management: Oversee airport fleet registrations and defect rectification on an online portal.

    • Transition to SAP: Assist operations administrators and managers in day-to-day tasks and take on additional responsibilities as the business transitions to SAP.

Experience We Seek:

  • Automotive/maintenance industry experience would be highly valuable 

  • Planning and scheduling experience would be highly valuable

  • Customer service proficiency

  • Familiarity with SAP or other maintenance management ERP systems

  • Business administration experience or relevant diploma/certificates
