We have an exciting opportunity within our Australian business, available for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join a supportive and collaborative team on a full-time basis.
This role reports directly to the Director of Operations with a requirement to contribute to the senior executive team as appropriate. This is a dynamic role overseeing the supply, delivery, and practical management of spare parts across the TCR Australias national service network. It requires the management and oversight of all parts related to financial management including stock utilization, margins, and retention.

The GSE term encompasses all equipment used in aviation ground operations, such as; push-back tractors, loaders, tractors, belt loaders, catering trucks, ground power units, air starter units, tow bars, trailers-dollies, baggage carts, and other general equipment in an airport.
This role will see you responsible for:
The management of stocktakes
Parts flow and processing
Coordinate key supplier meetings to deepen relationships between TCR management and the key local vendors
Ensure purchasing is always in line with TCR policy, including delegation of authority levels
Execution of supply agreements with major local vendors that capture price lists, payment terms, and inventory to be held in stock for TCR
Improve the company's direct material cost through negotiation on price with suppliers, purchasing planning, and alternative sourcing strategies
Promoting a safety-first approach
About You:
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
Proven experience in parts coordination/management or a similar role ideally in the automotive manufacturing industry
Strong analytical skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Commitment and drive to grow and learn the Aviation GSE industry
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft software
A great attitude and team-player approach
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with suppliers, multi-disciplinary teams, mechanics, and management
Ability to do some travel nationally on occasion there may be an opportunity for international travel
