Lead the Launch of North America’s First All-Electric GSE Pooling Operation

TCR Group is seeking a Aviation Project Manager (JFK Pooling) to spearhead the launch and daily operations of our groundbreaking electric Ground Support Equipment (GSE) pooling service at JFK’s New Terminal One. This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-impact project from the ground up, driving innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence in aviation services.


🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Project Leadership: Oversee the full implementation of the JFK pooling operation—from planning to launch—ensuring milestones, risks, and stakeholder alignment are effectively managed.

  • Operational Management: Build and optimize day-to-day processes, SOPs, and team structures to ensure safe, efficient, and scalable operations.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the key point of contact with terminal operators, ground handlers, and internal teams.

  • Team Management: Lead a cross-functional team including workshop, coordination, and admin staff.

  • Fleet Oversight: Manage a fully electric fleet with a focus on readiness, safety, and sustainability.

  • Financial and Commercial Accountability: Support budgeting, KPI reporting, and operational cost control to meet service and financial goals.


🎯 About You

  • Strong project management skills with experience launching or managing complex operations in aviation or logistics.

  • Proven ability to lead teams, develop processes, and engage stakeholders.

  • Background in airport services, ground handling, or related aviation operations.

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and resource planning systems.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent operational experience.

  • Able to work on-site and respond to urgent operational issues as needed.
